Conference room
The Conference Room is located on the second floor in the administrative wing of the complex. It is furnished with 30 chairs from the Set Table series. This allows participants to choose the most convenient arrangement of the hall, such as: 30 seats, 15 seats + 15 tables, round table, etc. All guests can buy hot and cold drinks in the lobby bar, which is just a floor down the stairs from the Conference Room. Also, we offer the option to organize separate Coffee Break Area with everything set on tables and available for self-service at any time. The Conference Room has an easy access to Lobby Bar, Restaurant, 3 floor Terrace and still provides privacy for uninterrupted and successful work.

The chairs from the Set Table series allow different configurations of the seats in the hall.
3D Multimedia Projector
A multimedia projector is available to guests renting the Conference Room with the equipment.

A laptop is available to guests renting the Conference Room with the equipment.

The equipment of the hall includes a white screen measuring 2 x 1.52 m.
Flipchart
The equipment of the hall includes two flipcharts with all necessary accessories.
Free Wi-Fi
Free high-speed internet connection ensures sustained working process of all the guests.
Lighting & Blinds
The hall has large windows with beautiful views. If necessary, the windows can be completely darkened with blinds.
Additional Working Space
In case of necessity to divide into smaller working groups, guests can take advantage of two more rooms located next to the main hall.
Coffee Breaks
Guests can take advantage of the possibility to have coffee breaks organized in a separate hall just for their group.
Terrace
Guests using the Conference Room can take advantage of a cozy terrace located just a floor up that is extremely useful for short break during the working process. From it guests can enjoy a stunning, panoramic view towards Rila Mountain.
Restaurant
Guests of the conference hall can enjoy freshly prepared food from the seasonal menu of the restaurant at the complex.
Free Parking
Guests of the complex can take advantage of free parking. The parking lot is under constant video surveillance.
